Happy day to our heroines!

What do you think makes women at Baxter heroines in our mission to Save and Sustain Lives? It is the question we asked them.

At a global level, the last year led us to recognize especially and more than ever the work of health personnel. This sector would not be the same without the tireless and empathetic work of all the women who make it up. This month, we celebrate all the wonderful women who make Baxter RCS a better family.

"We are brave to face daily challenges, we collaborate in a genuine way, our ability to understand others and to have a careful look at our colleagues and patients. We are simple and adapt to any environment and act quickly to make the best decisions , in addition to the dedication we put into all relationships.

The rise of one woman is the rise of all women. All this and much more gives us the strength that moves us and empowers us to be the heroines in our mission to save and prolong lives."

For me they are heroines, when they multiply to cover their obligations as mothers and wives, they have an impact on decision-making which is essential to achieve the goal of saving and sustaining lives, in addition to the added value is the empathy that makes the environment builds trust.
