Los últimos años han implicado grandes cambios y desafíos para Baxter RCS, que a pesar de la pandemia por la COVID-19, ha seguido trabajando integralmente por el bienestar de sus pacientes y sus necesidades. Pero además de contribuir a mantener y mejorar la calidad de vida de los pacientes, Baxter RCS también se ha enfocado en sus 1.500 colaboradores, promoviendo la inclusión, diversidad y su formación, tratando de que su vocación por el servicio y su felicidad laboral se mantengan intactas.

Durante los últimos años Baxter RCS también se ha enfocado mucho en la innovación. Por ejemplo, inició un proyecto de reciclaje de residuos generados por aquellos pacientes de diálisis peritoneal en casa, y lanzó el Programa Corporativo de Voluntariado, que busca transformar las vidas de las comunidades y los territorios.

Baxter RCS cumplió con los objetivos de Responsabilidad Corporativa propuestos hasta el 2020 y ahora da paso al lanzamiento de "Nuestro Compromiso 2030".
